Sophie is a bubbly and vibrant therapist who works with a range of techniques to relieve muscle strain and stress in the body. She feels privileged to be in a position where she can alleviate pain in others and aims to have every client leaving the treatment room feeling freer, calmer and rejuvenated.

Having been in the industry for nearly a decade, Sophie is confident working with a range of clients and conditions, and in offering advice to her clients about their unique postural imbalances to promote long-term change. Sophie particularly enjoys working with pregnant clients and new Mums’ through that amazing transition in their lives and has done additional training in this area.
