FLOW TO SLOW
A deeply nourishing and holistic yoga practice designed to support the body, calm the mind, and restore balance within.
This 90 minute class beautifully combines mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and restorative stillness to create a grounding and balanced Yoga experience, to nurture both body and spirit.
We begin with approximately 30 minutes of Gentle Flow Yoga ~ a slow, mindful movement practice that invites you to connect body, mind and breath through a standing, moving sequence of postures. This part of the practice is designed to release physical tension, improve mobility, shift stagnant energy, and gently warm the body while calming the nervous system and relieving stress.
From there, we transition into a deeply restful Restorative Yin Yoga practice. Using props such as bolsters, pillows, blankets and blocks, the body is fully supported in long-held, floor-based postures that encourage softness, stillness and surrender. Through gentle stretching and extended holds, we work into the deeper connective tissues of the body, including muscles, fascia and tendons, helping to release tension while inviting deep relaxation into both body and mind.
Throughout the class, we also weave in pranayama (breathwork) and meditation practices to further support nervous system regulation, grounding, presence, and inner calm. This practice aims to activate the parasympathetic nervous system — our “rest and digest” state — allowing the body an opportunity to slow down, replenish and restore.
This class is your invitation to soften, reconnect, and take a conscious pause from the busyness of daily life. You will leave feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded, and deeply nourished.
Suitable for beginners through to experienced practitioners, with variations and support offered for all levels of practice.

Meet your teacher
Our classes are lovingly guided by our yoga teacher and founder, Kelsea Morris.
Kelsea’s journey with yoga began in her college years, where she first experienced its powerful ability to support both body and mind. She now brings the wisdom developed over more than 18 years as a devoted student of yoga, alongside 14 years’ experience working with bodies as a massage therapist, to her teaching.
Inspired by her years of working with clients living with chronic pain and a range of health challenges, Kelsea completed her first yoga teacher training in 2021, and has been sharing her love of yoga ever since. She has since completed many hundreds of hours of further study, including trainings in Yin Yoga, Advanced Asana, Hands-on Assisting, and Adaptive Yoga. Her current studies in Ayurveda continue to inform her teaching in a thoughtful and holistic way.
Kelsea’s intention is to offer classes that are accessible, nourishing, and supportive — inviting students to move and rest with greater ease, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate balance and vitality in everyday life.
Student Experience
“I have enjoyed a few beautiful massages at Willow and recently started attending Kelsea’s ‘Gentle Flow’ yoga classes in Tranmere... I live in Bellerive and it’s an easy drive over. I sincerely recommend this class, it suits all ability levels and is a lovely restorative class with enough challenge to encourage me to continue to grow in my practice.”
