OUR CLASSES

  • Restorative Yin

A deeply restful & nourishing practice. In Yin Yoga there is minimal physical effort required, we work on the floor with pillows, blocks and a blanket to melt into well supported postures. We release stress and tension through gentle, slow movement and long holds in nourishing and restorative postures. We aim to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, our rest and digest mode, to bring deep relaxation to the body and mind, as well as releasing long held tension in muscles, tendons and fascia.

    Wednesdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm

    Tranmere Community Hall

  • Gentle Flow

An hour of mindful movement, connecting body, mind and breath through a gentle, flowing Yoga sequence in which we aim to calm the nervous system to relieve stress, as well as to move stagnation in the body to release physical tension, relieve aches and pains and to balance our energies. This class incorporates a balance of standing and floor postures to build strength and stability as well as flexibility and fluidity. Suitable for all levels of practice with variations offered from super beginner to more experienced.

    Mondays 6:00pm - 7:00pm - CANCELLED

a note to our regular students ~ Monday evening’s Gentle Flow Yoga is cancelled for the remainder of 2024, as Kelsea (your teacher) has some upcoming travel and further education to pursue.
