Kinesiology

A gentle exploration of the patterns held within your body, mind and nervous system.

Our bodies are constantly communicating with us.

Sometimes we can feel that something is out of balance, but we may not know exactly what it is, or why we keep finding ourselves in the same patterns.

Kinesiology offers a gentle way to explore these patterns, using the body's own responses to guide the session. It can create space to slow down, tune in and become more aware of what may be happening beneath the surface — physically, emotionally and energetically.

Rather than focusing only on a particular symptom, Kinesiology takes a holistic view of the whole person. It explores the ways our experiences, emotions, nervous system and physical body can influence one another, and considers the individual patterns and adaptations that may have developed along the way.

What to expect

Your session begins with a conversation about what has brought you in and what you would like to explore.

From there, your practitioner uses muscle testing as a form of biofeedback, allowing the body to guide the session and highlight areas that may benefit from attention.

This might involve exploring physical, emotional or energetic patterns, with gentle techniques used throughout the session. There is no need to arrive with everything figured out — the process is one of curiosity, listening and discovery.

For some people, a session may bring a sense of clarity or a deeper understanding of something they've been experiencing. For others, it can simply offer a quiet space to pause, reconnect with themselves and listen to what their body may be communicating.

Every session is individual, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Kinesiology with Sharni

Sharni brings a warm, grounded and intuitive presence to her work.

Her approach is centred around listening — to the body, to the patterns it presents, and to the individual sitting in front of her. She creates a safe and welcoming space for exploration, with plenty of room to slow down, become curious and reconnect with your own inner knowing.

Kinesiology may be particularly supportive during times when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected or simply curious to understand yourself a little more deeply.

You don't need to have a particular problem or goal in mind. Sometimes the most valuable place to begin is simply with the feeling that something is asking to be listened to.

A space to slow down, listen and reconnect.

Kinesiology isn't about forcing the body to change. It's about creating the space to listen, understand and support the body's own intelligence.

Come as you are, with whatever you're experiencing, and allow the session to unfold from there.

Sharni is available for Kinesiology sessions on Thursdays & Fridays.
