As the days in the southern hemisphere grow shorter and Kunanyi starts to gather ever more frost, we’re starting to feel the instinctive invitation to tune into the seasonal cycle once again… to slow down, turn inward, and replenish what the busier months may have depleted.
After a season of firehorse energy permeating our work and social schedules (phew), now is the most opportune time to accept that invitation and sink into a season of deep rest and restoration.
