One of our favorite and most popular treatments is our "Remedial Massage with Hot Stones." In this treatment, our therapists combine effective remedial massage techniques with the therapeutic heat and pressure of hot stones, creating a wonderful experience that alleviates aches and pains, releases tension, and promotes deep relaxation.

We warm our volcanic basalt stones in a water bath to the perfect temperature to provide deep warmth that enhances blood and lymph circulation while relaxing tight muscles and connective tissues, creating a highly enjoyable form of heat therapy.

The warmed stones can be used in gliding movements over the body, with firm pressure to specific points of tension, and can also be placed on specific areas, allowing the heat to gently penetrate, nourishing the whole body, mind, and spirit.

Hot Stones are a blissful addition to *almost* any treatment. (Hot Stone Massage is not suitable during pregnancy.)
