Sharni Goldstone
Kinesiologist & Human Design Practitioner
Sharni's work as a kinesiologist is grounded in a deep fascination with the human body — its intelligence, its adaptability, and its incredible ability to learn from the experiences we move through in life.
“Our bodies are constantly creating patterns. Patterns of movement, thought, emotion and response. Many of these patterns develop because, at some point, they helped us navigate the world we were in. They helped us adapt, protect ourselves, cope, connect or simply get through.
But the body doesn’t always know when an old pattern is no longer needed.
Over time, these patterns can become so familiar that we stop noticing them. They can shape the way we experience ourselves, our relationships, our health, and the world around us — sometimes keeping us responding to life from an old version of ourselves, even when our circumstances have changed.
This is what fascinates me about kinesiology - exploring the relationship between our experiences, our bodies and the patterns we develop along the way. Every symptom, emotion and recurring pattern has a story to tell — not because something is wrong with us, but because our body has learned to respond in the best way it knows how.
When we begin to understand these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, we create the opportunity for something new.
What matters most to me isn't having all the answers. It's creating a space where people feel safe enough to explore their own.
Again and again, clients reflect that they leave feeling lighter, clearer and deeply understood. To me, that's where meaningful change begins — not in being fixed, but in feeling seen.
My hope is that every client leaves with more than insight. I hope they leave with a different relationship to themselves, a greater sense of possibility, and a deeper trust in the wisdom their body has held all along."
Sharni is available for Kinesiology sessions on Thursdays and Fridays, and Human Design readings by request.
